Working for an exciting and rapidly growing AdTech company that uses the latest mobile ad technology to help leading brands reach and engage effectively with their audiences on a global scale.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager will be instrumental in creating and leading a compelling product roadmap for mobile and web ad products, setting up processes and devising the strategy to aid the business in becoming a product-ledcompany.

The role will be hybrid working, 1-2 days a week within offices in London.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager key responsibilities:

Ownership of the product roadmap and launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Work with customers understand their needs, pain points, and business use cases in detail.
Working closely with C-Suite and develop and lead a clear product vision, strategy, planning and execution.
First senior product hire with direct line management of a crossfunctional team.
Setting and agile environment and using agile methodologies in ways of working.
Evaluate external market conditions and implications of strategic decisions to adjust product strategy.
Lead collaboration with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on stateoftheart technologies.
Multiple years experience in product management from technology led company (AdTech industry would be advantageous).
Experience with building and shipping technical products with a digital / UX / design background.
Must have experience being handson & strategic within product management.
Strong understanding of mobile apps (beneficial if you have web app experience as well).
Must know agile methodologies and comfortable implementing them.
Experience building and leading global product teams and familiar with managing remote teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, working with customers, engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other key stakeholders.
