    What you'll be doing:

    Our requirement is for a Senior PMO Analyst to be responsible for the End to End project processes within SAP.

    This person will work with the relevant delivery director and Client Partners to monitor and control key areas of the project management methodology to support the delivery of their BU and its accounts across the business.

    The role requires you to assist colleagues in developing project proposals for our existing clients, so your ability to write clear and concise documents will be essential.

  • Responsible for administration focused on the delivery of projects. Acts as the advocate for best practices across the PMO and facilitates the sharing of best practice between team members.
  • Responsible for owning & implementing consistent governance within their BU & contributing to the Project Review Board deck.
  • Draft Statement of Works to capture key components, such as resource plan, rate card, and possibly key milestones.
  • Actively promotes continuous improvement with current processes and practices in pursuit of efficiency.
  • Develop, implement and update resources allocations plans needed for accounts, taking account of availability of resources and their utilization capacity.
  • Ensure projects have an up to date resource plan and accurately reflected in the relevant Finance, Resourcing and Project Management systems.
  • Work with Delivery Leads on monthly project forecasts and actuals.
  • Conversant with Project Margins, Gross and Net review.
  • Experience of raising POs for suppliers providing a service on projects.
  • Conversant with Invoicing and Credit notes.
  • Typical PMO Duties

  • Responsible for typical PMO duties on a number of key accounts and providing financial project admin activities such as project set up, raising PO's, invoicing, account hygiene maintenance, Kimble & SAP etc.
  • Understands the account roadmap and account requirements to report on and validate the project and programme roadmap (progress, resource, budget, risks & issues) providing a central view to the business.
  • Ensure that all new projects are set up correctly on Finance, Resourcing and Project Management systems in accordance with documented business approvals.
  • Ensure that any third parties assigned to projects are under contract and that their Purchase Orders correctly reflect their planned project allocation.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse program and project data to support effective decision making.
  • Perform project accounting tasks (e.g. SAP timesheet mgmt., forecast adjustments, invoicing, third party resource usage) and support project managers on financials.
  • What experience you'll bring:

  • Confident in reporting to, presenting and liaising with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a similar role, ideally within PMO so has a full understanding of NTT processes & systems as well as a good overview of accounts and mapping of that particular BU.
  • Good working knowledge of project/programme management methodologies including both waterfall and agile.
  • Has good knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and reporting skills are essential as well as having the confidence to suggest and implement continuous improvement activities.
  • Good understanding and experience of project delivery and acceptance processes, high attention to detail and a good level of financial awareness.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Advanced IT skills (including MS Excel, MS Office (more generally), MS Visio, document management in SharePoint, etc.).
