A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and busy independent firm in the Bridgwater area as a sales negotiator.

Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highlyrespected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team.

Obviously, some property experience as a sales negotiator is preferred for this role although a junior will be considered either as a graduate or perhapswith one or two years strong sales, customer service experience.

You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to sell and continue to drive business forward with your team.

Package in region of £18-20,000 basic with realistic OTE in region of £28-30,000 to include individual commission and company over achievement bonus scheme, mileage and pension.

Hours 8.45am to 6pm Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch) and every other Saturday 8.45am to 5pm (one hour for lunch) with time in lieu thus a 5-day week.

This is a super opportunity for either a junior sales negotiator looking to move to a quality, independent agent or an experienced agent seeking a move to a quality independent agent.
