Qualified Residential Conveyancer

Salary dependent on experience
Farnham, Surrey
Office based

My client is an established firm of Licensed Conveyancers based in Farnham seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.

Applications will be considered from qualified Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors.

You will be able to work independently and manage your own case load efficiently
You must have the ability to work well under pressure.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

The role will involve a diverse range of activities including but not limited to:

Managing a full and varied case load
Dealing with all aspects of transactions from initial instructions, through exchange and completion to registration.
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, new build properties, equity release, remortgages and transfer of equity.

Negotiable depending upon experience
