Building a sustainable tomorrowThe Transpennine Route Upgrade Project (TRU) is a circa £2b multi-disciplinary project upgrading the existing railway route between Manchester and Leeds through the Pennines.
It is the largest rail and infrastructure project in the north of England over the next 5 years.Working on the TransPennine route Upgrade, the purpose of the role is to manage the SharePoint based centralised intranet site and the deployment of SharePoint document libraries across multiple teams .
Intranet Management - Engage with content owners and Alliance stakeholders to comprehend and collect their requirements.Intranet Management - Design, build, and test SharePoint sites/pages in alignment with the provided requirements and agreed standards.
Document Management - Engage with teams to gather requirements and deploy document libraries with folder and permission structures.
Document Management - Work with stakeholders to manage the smooth migration of data from other SharePoint repositories.
Support - Assist end-users by addressing issues, implementing changes, and ensuring seamless operation of existing SharePoint solutions
Support - Manage SharePoint permissions
Continuous Improvement - Ensure all SharePoint solutions are kept up to date in terms of design and content, proactively identifying and implementing improvements where required.
Stakeholder Management - Working closely with colleagues from Information Management, Communications & Business Systems to ensure stakeholder requirements are fulfilled.
Stakeholder Management - Facilitate regular touch points with various functions/departments to maintain engagement and contentRequired to have a strong understanding and experience using SharePoint online, including development of an intranet site and use of document libraries as data repositories.
Experience with data migrations, either manually or using ShareGateExperience with utilising Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, PowerBi and SharePoint List solutions and integrate these within SharePoint sites
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing construction project environment
