    Sales Development Representative

    Salary: £35,000-£40,000 negotiable based on experience + travel allowance + bonuses

    Location: London

    Working pattern: Mon-Fri, 5 days on site for first 3 months, flexibility thereafter

    We're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in London who embodies enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach, to join our client's expanding team.

    The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of actively generating and qualifying leads to propel deals forward for the Business Development team. You'll excel in identifying and comprehending their customer's business requirements within the product portfolio, shaping needs and translating them into compelling value propositions centred around the company's services and solutions.

    The Sales organisation oversees the entire sales cycle, from business development to account management. This involves everything from initiating contact with prospects to exploring new avenues to enhance services for existing clients. The team comprises of diverse professionals working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.

    As our client grows its presence in the UK market, they need someone who can passionately engage with clients and contribute to their market expansion efforts.

    Role requirements:

    • Take the lead in generating leads through targeted outreach efforts
    • Utilise internal and external tools such as LinkedIn and Apollo to accomplish this
    • Direct qualified prospects to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development Manager for further nurturing and eventual closure
    • Cultivate, protect, and exchange/share valuable account insights, domain expertise, and market knowledge

    Essential skills:

    • Technical Sales experience - Infrastructure sales is desirable but not essential
    • 12-18 months sales experience
    • Proven cold calling/outreach experience
