    The Role (Site Based)

    We are seeking Graduate Engineers to contribute to, and sometimes lead, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. Our 3-year graduate development programme aims to enhance personal, professional, and technical skills through hands-on experience under the guidance of Section/Project Managers and collaboration with the site team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate team activities to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule
    • Collaborate with the procurement team to meet financial requirements
    • Ensure project compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
    • Support the Project Manager in team management, resourcing, performance, development, and motivation
    • Promote Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values; Take ownership of assigned work
    • Adhere to site safety regulations and ensure staff compliance

    Skills and Competence

    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in written and oral English
    • Degree or master's in engineering
    • Motivation to learn and contribute value
    • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
    • Effective team player
    • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
    • Proactive and commercially aware
    • Familiarity with Microsoft packages
