To be considered for this Senior Sustainability Engineer role you will have:

BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Construction or similar
Relevant experience
Knowledge of Passivhaus to be applied into projects
Proficient in TAS/IES design software, In-Use energy modelling (TM54), PHPP tool
Excellent project management skills and client relationships
Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent analytical and report writing skills

Working as a Senior Sustainability Engineer you will:

Carry out Part L calculations and simulation/building modelling
EPC for commercial and residential buildings
Carry out overheating risk assessments (CIBSE TM52, TM59, BB101)
Support the design team on low carbon and renewable technology
Complete surveys, reports, schedules of dilapidation and feasibility reports
Prepare sustainability and energy reports for projects
Support with environmental assessments such as BREEAM (Ene0104 credits; Hea0104 credits)
Complete daylight analysis
