    As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations related to payroll, benefits, and people administration duties within our EMEA region, with specific focus on managing our UK & Benelux countries.

    Your diligence and expertise with solid understanding of payroll regulations, benefits and People & Culture (HR) generalist operations will be instrumental in ensuring accurate, efficient and collaborative working.

    Prepare UK & Benelux monthly payroll accurately and in accordance with applicable payroll laws and regulations ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    • In coordination with your People Operations Manager, conduct review and finalize payroll processing
    • In coordination with your People Operations Manager, conduct pre and post payroll audits to guarantee accuracy of payments and internal control compliance
    • Continuous review and analyse of current payroll processes, recommending improvement and documentation of best practices, utilizing our suite of tools to enhance efficiencies contribute to
    • Manage the ad-hoc query portal, our 'People Portal' in a timely and efficient manner
    • Administrate employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans for both UK and Benelux
    • Continuous data management utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to input and maintain employee data
    • Contribute to payroll and benefit related projects as required
    • Assist with development and maintenance of People & Culture policies and procedures
    • Adaptability- this role will be working across multiple countries & cultures; Focus & Drive- you'll be involved in multiple transformation projects as well as "business as usual activities"
    • Technology literacy- we use HiBob as our HRIS, and also many Atlassian tools for collaboration - Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
