Production Manager (Food Manufacturing) Norfolk, Wymondham area.
Working Hours - Monday To Friday - Days only.

ISQ Recruitment is working on behalf of a well - regarded client in the Norfolk area to find a Production Manager to work in their factory, within the Food Manufacturing Sector(not Poultry).

If you are people orientated manager with previous experience in food manufacturing settings or maybe a supervisor, who is looking for a step-up - this could be a good opportunity for you

This is a pivotal role which sits neatly between the shop floor and the Operations Manager, whilst supporting other operational functions such as Supply Chain, Packing and Warehouse.

This Position would ideally suit someone who has a solid production foundation within a food manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will be great with people, whilst having a detailed understanding of food factory processes & be systems oriented.

Line manage and work alongside the Production Supervisors in all production related matters, acting as the main contact point/escalation point and interfacing with the production office and warehouse.

People Safety, Food Safety, Product Quality & KPI's across the factory.
Staff training, induction.
Experience of working in food manufacturing is essential, alongside knowledge of BRC and retailer standards
Understand factory processes and has used systems to record factory activity.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in manufacturing environment
