- Determine inventory policies and quantities for all Traded Goods ensuring product availability in alignment with business expectations and objectives.
- Ensure resources, tools and technology are optimised to meet customer demands within the operational boundaries and targets of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Production Planning Manager, Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement and supply base to develop and execute comprehensive S&OP supply plans.
- Working experience within a similar position in a Supply Chain environment
- Proficiency in S&OP processes, MRP and inventory management principles
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
