Lavandi Talent is currently working with a Luxury Personal Care company who are looking for an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join their amazing team, offering a great opportunity to work with a wide range of designer brands


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Supply Chain, taking ownership of both accounts receivable and payable, including allocating/reconciling customer payments and ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely fashion with no errors.
  • Creating monthly financial reports and journals including prepayments, rebates and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Run the monthly payroll in collaboration with an external consultation, adhering to all relevant HR regulations.
  • Oversee financial performance and provide accurate rolling forecasts of P&L and cash flow, providing guidance on future improvements.
  • Regular professional communication with stakeholders, providing a clear view of financial terms with full transparency and ensuring all local regulation and policies are complied with.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance within SME and FMCG industry.
  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualified.
  • Strong ERP system experience, preferably SAP, as well as IFRS knowledge.
  • High attention to detail with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
