- Undertake the role of electrical and/ or mechanical service engineer for industrial, commercial, and domestic wastewater treatment systems.
- Undertake scheduled and reactive servicing and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment contracts.
- On-site fault finding, repair and replacement of equipment that relates to the wastewater and sewage industry.
- Create detailed reports of completed works and recommendations of remedial works.
- Assist the project management team in the planning, supervision, and installation of new wastewater plants.
- Provide cover to Project Managers during periods of absence.
- Travel to Maintenance or Project based sites around the South, either independently or as part of a team.
- Preparation of timesheets, risk assessments, method statements.
- On occasions you may be offered to assist with projects overseas.
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Level 3 apprenticeship electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Ability to manage projects
- PASMA
- Wastewater background, all areas. An understanding of domestic, commercial, and industrial systems is desirable
- Confined space medium risk top and bottom person
- Blue water card
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First aid
