- Be accountable for all Services delivered to our Contractual and Professional Services customers.
- Provide leadership and management of the "virtual team", ensuring alignment between Services, Sales and Delivery.
- Cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships, to comprehensively understand their business and ultimately delight the customer.
- Together with the Sales team, you will drive growth in Contractual and Professional Services.
- Leadership experience.
