Mostly online

Due to significant growth and increased demand, seeking an experienced Assessor for Business Skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion and play a key role in meeting the rising demand for assessment services.


Job role
Assessing in Business Administration, Customer Services, Management and Project Management, not all 4-discipline experience is required for the role.

Assessor. Mentor apprenticeships, ensuring successful completion of Apprenticeship frameworks SCQF levels 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11.

Guide and assist individuals in enhancing their skills.

Providing positive and constructive feedback to learners, nurturing growth

Completing paperwork

Attending meetings

Diary management

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch


Experience Essential for the role.
Must be Assessor qualified.

Experience with Scottish apprenticeships.

Experience in assessing one of the 4 disciplines in the job role description.


Benefits
Salary £25K to £30K

Commission paid on completed learners, equates to an extra £3K to £5K per annum.

Free Parking in Glasgow when attend meetings.

Mileage paid for any occasional visits.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct assessments of internal processes, systems, and procedures
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and insights
  • Provide recommendations based on assessment findings
  • Educate employees on best practices and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in conducting assessments or audits
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
