Description

An Estates Officer - Engineering Operations & Maintenance is required for a small dedicated management team, working closely with other Estates Officers, Estates Supervisors and Clerical Officers within the general office of the Estates Department.

Reporting to the Estates Engineering Manger, the post holder will manage the engineering direct labour workforce and engineering contractors ensuring all maintenance work operations are completed to approved statutory standards.

The direct labour workforce is a multi-skilled team of craftsmen comprising of an Estates Electrical Engineering Supervisor, Estates Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, Electricians, Engineers, Plumbers and Maintenance Craft Assistants.

Experience of managing the operation and maintenance of steam raising plant and associated calorifiers/distribution systems is highly desirable.
