    To support the EMEA People team with providing a professional, accurate , confidential and efficient payroll service that enables the smooth delivery of Payroll processes to all functions within AVEVA.

    You will be supporting and processing the EMEA payrolls, managing the outsourced process.
    Support internal & external audits across EMEA
    Responsible for end-to-end payroll process of assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with out-sourced provider
    Work with the business to answer complex payroll queries
    Support HR function to resolve payroll related issues
    Dealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently
    Maintaining information in accordance with legal and company requirements of retention and confidentiality
    At least 2 years experience within an EMEA payroll environment
    Experience of working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
    Experience of Finance processes including GL management
    Workday
