The company is currently experiencing rapid growth with a 200% increase in activity within our Children, Young People & Families Service over the past year alone.

As such, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, professional and ambitious individual to join the service's administration team.


Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Liaising with external organisations and referral sources.
  • Liaising with insurance companies in relation to funding.
  • Invoicing and processing payments.
  • Reporting financial information to Finance team.
  • Credit control chasing bad debts.
  • Ensuring reports are sent within private key performance indicators.
  • Booking appointments and assessments.
  • Arranging clinic teams for private assessments in collaboration with clinic coordinator.
  • Managing prescriptions.
  • Arranging evening and weekend cover.
  • Maintaining enquiries database and reporting data to service lead.
  • Working to targets in terms of business development.
  • Carrying out adhoc admin tasks including arranging clinician diaries, booking appointments, sending out appointment letters.
  • Carrying out audits against KPIs in collaboration with service lead.
  • Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) updated.
