    Verbatim Pharma are currently working with a Pharmaceutical wholesaler who are looking for a customer service executive to join the team on permanent basis.

    The company has been in business for 40+ years and has global clientele spanning across 6 continents. They are fast growing business who really look after their people and invest in them.

    The ideal candidate will have good time management and customer service skills paired with knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

    This role is offered on hybrid basis, working 2 out of 5 from home. The company is based in Greater London area and would require driving to the office 3 days a week.

    You must be fluent in English.

    Key duties include:

    • Manage enquiries, orders, and invoices accurately.
    • Coordinate shipments and document collection.
    • Ensure customer order satisfaction and update them on progress.
    • Generate POs for suppliers.
    • Arrange shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Prepare export documentation and monitor progress.
    • Cross functional work with internal and external stakeholders
