    We are seeking an experienced and committed individual to take a senior leadership role in overseeing the development of a project plan and business case for the delivery of psychological services for Adult Critical Care in South West London.

    In line with national recommendations for Adult Critical Care and Psychological Services, the post holder will support the strategic development of a plan for equitable access to and provision of psychological services for Adult Critical Care in South West London.

    They will be expected to work closely with the Network Director, Professional Leads and Network board to agree a range of priorities and key deliverables that will be embedded within the plan and identify potential funding routes for the agreed plan and develop associated business cases.

    The postholder will have experience in strategic clinical decision making, leading complex service change, and the ability to influence across a range of different organisations.

    The postholder will work with a high degree of autonomy as an integral part of the multi-professional Adult Critical Care Network.
