    Description

    Nixon McQuade is proud to be working with a leading business to find a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team in Omagh.

    As the Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative duties within the finance department.

    Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
