Senior Finanical Planning Administrator

Salary:
£27,000 - £35,000

A fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Independent Financial Planning firm that are based in Milton Keynes and who specialise in providing a tailored solution to their clientele across a range of advice areas.

This firm advises on Pensions, Investments,Protection, IHT and corporate employee benefits.

All of this is using the latest technology to add to their service, and they offer Pension reviews and cash-flow modelling to their clients.

They have a good reputation within the marketplace and the firm's Financial Planners are supported by the technical back office team.

This role would suit someone who has experience within a similar position but is looking for a more professional environmentwithin a well-established firm, with good processes and an ethos on teamwork.

This role would involve supporting the firms paraplanners and financial planners with a range of administrative duties including processing new business, illustrations, fact finds, liaising with providers and dealing with clients regularly.

Someone who hasworked in this environment previously and has even helped with training or managing more junior members of the team would suit this role well as there could be progression to more senior or managerial roles in the future.

There is a friendly, outgoing team at the firm and you will be an important part of that working to provide a high quality service to the clients at the firm.

The Required Skills:

R01, CF1 or equivalent is desirable
Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients of varying levels.
Experience in using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and a good level of numerical skills
Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
