Leading Sussex law firm looking for Litigation Paralegal to undertake a busy and varied workload.

The Role

  • Legal fact and basic legal research
  • Assist with case management
  • Organize and electronically file pleadings
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars
  • Drafting responses to Letters of Claim
  • Acknowledgements of Service
  • Directions Questionnaires
  • Defences and other court documents
  • Filing documents at court
  • Managing cases
  • Other litigationrelated administrative tasks
The Person

2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
Experience in all aspects of Litigation matters
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
