Warehouse Supervisor - Leeds, United Kingdom - Tudor International Freight

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-growing logistics company, based in Leeds, LS18.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Holiday Allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays

Other Perks: Tudor operate a discretionary bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

 Managing the entire Warehouse operations for the company including quality checking, labelling/numbering, scanning/weighing parcels and packing goods to export standard

 Loading and unloading vehicles

 Checking off deliveries for accuracy

 Managing the efficient use of space regarding where items are stored

 Working closely and communicating with colleagues based in the office

 Track any damaged items in the warehouse and produce damage reports where necessary

 Working to tight deadlines and follow lead times

 Oversee Health and Safety within the warehouse

 Provide cover for driving staff when required

 Manual handling

 General Warehouse and Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

 Must be IT Literate

 Excellent organisational skills

 Excellent communication skills

This is an exciting role that offers a high level of autonomy. You will take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of a busy logistics warehouse.

The ideal candidate is customer focused with good interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. You will not be successful if you don't have initiative, selfmotivation and the ability to manage your own time and workload.
