Description
Responsible for ensuring all agency workers comply with due diligence requirements including checking the HPAN alert data. Responsible for verifying pre-employment checks including HPAN and issuing bank workers terms of agreement on Trac.Responsible for maintaining HR records and databases, such as terminating leavers and obtaining follow up right to work evidence, professional registration.
Responsible for completing by the deadlines any regional and national reporting requirements such as NHSI agency and bank portal upload.
Where required liaising with the Temporary Staffing Team (general) to ensure reporting deadlines are met. Responsible for providing and analysing agency and bank worker usage data, for trust reporting purposes including summary analysis narrative. Providing suggestions for any improvements if identified.
