Our Client

Our client is a London based, B2B Software company who were originally founded as a consultancy business, who have now an employee engagement and cultural development SaaS platform.

Their audience is very focused to the Enterprise market, and their currentcustomer base is full of customers who are at least 2000 employees.

They have significant plans for growth across Europe and further afield internationally with a real focus on the US markets, and they're now ready to hire their first Chief Marketing Officer(CMO).

What You'll Get

The Chief Marketing Officer will be based ideally in the South East of England and will be expected to be based from their London office twice per fortnight, with flexible WFH the rest of the time.

Salary wise you can expect a package of between £110,000- £140,000 p/a (negotiable for the right person) and equity package to be discussed, plus the level of benefits you would expect of a role at this level.

What You'll Do

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for leading on all things marketing including building and helping to execute the strategy, and leading and growing their function, with an initial focus on Demand Generation.

You will inherit a smallmarketing team who you will coach and develop. There is no outbound sales function within this business, their success so far has been through a targeted inbound strategy, so their Marketing team is really the central point of the business

What You'll Need

A suitable Chief Marketing Officer will have 6+ years' marketing experience ideally within the HR / Professional Services Tech Space, but other subsectors within software will be considered.

This person will have excellent leadership skills - we are lookingfor somebody who has either done this role before or has been 2nd in command and is ready to take the next step in their career
