    We have an exciting progressional opportunity for a Global Corporate Retention Manager to join our team at William Russell to cover maternity leave for one year, and then transition into a Business Development Manager position.

    This includes effectively building and cultivating relationships with corporate clients and their brokers, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of new and existing Group business.

    Our Business Development Managers are responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with brokers, and prospective and existing members.

    Focusing on business development within a designated region you will drive sales of William Russell products, raising the company's profile and reputation as a long-standing provider of international health and protection insurance solutions.

    You have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both over the phone and face to face.

    You have a good knowledge of health insurance, life insurance and income protection products, alongside a successful track record within one or two insurance organisations where you have achieved progression and results.
