- Directly engaging with clients as a lead business analyst
- Taking charge of technical architecture, solution design, and implementation management
- Contributing to the enhancement of their digital enablement and data analysis capabilities
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships
- Cultivating connections with digital suppliers and associates, initially centered around key UK Defence establishments in the south of England
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements and defining business processes in intricate settings
- Interest and familiarity with current software development methodologies, platforms, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Dataverse, and PowerApps solutions
- Sound understanding of data science, data analysis, and visualization tools and best practices
- Leading client interactions, establishing trusted-advisor relationships, and managing delivery teams effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and adaptable work approach
- Ability to inspire and engage team members, offer effective support and constructive challenges across all levels of client organizations
- Preference for collaborative team environments
- Qualifications: Degree, MBA or equivalent experience, Project Management certification such as APMP preferable. Existing UK Defence Security Clearance (SC) advantageous but not mandatory
