- The successful candidate should have a strong background in transactional matters including commercial contracts review & drafting, negotiating Shareholder agreements, LLP contracts, company law matters, business ownership, and investment advisory mandates.
- Experience in advising and drafting commercial contracts is essential together with a knowledge of distribution and agency agreements.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are essential.
