Divisional Operational Lead - Chelmsford, United Kingdom - Provide CIC
Description
The postholder will be responsible for the overall operational management and delivery of clinical and support services for a cluster of services, across a community services portfolio.
The role is suitable for experienced leaders with a background in healthcare, which includes nursing and AHP. The role requires effective management and leadership, promoting the highest standard of service delivery. This role will work with partner organisation across the MSE Community Collaborative and other relevant stakeholders.This role is key to the delivery of new models of care within the division to achieve demonstrable improvements in quality, innovation, productivity, and prevention.
The postholder will be responsible for the overall performance; financial progress; achieving improvements in value for money; governance and workforce management for the service areas within the portfolio.
The postholder will lead the development and implementation of integrated services across the portfolio, and with partner organisations, in order to ensure effective resource utilisation and ongoing improvements in the quality of clinical care.
The role with deputise for the assistant director as appropriate.Provide is a Community Interest Company (social enterprise).
