Are you an experienced administrator with leadership skills looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Leicester are looking to hire a Team Leader to join their administration team.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience in leading a team
  • 2 years experience of working in a busy healthcare environment
  • Computer literate
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Problem solver

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Leading a team of administrators
  • Ensuring smooth running of the reception
  • Coordinating administration tasks to support the reception function
  • Managing enquiries and appointments
  • Organising staff training to ensure compliant
  • Carrying out regular audits of team performance
  • Attending meetings and training as required
  • Completing statistics, targets and reception briefing sheet each month
**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £12.25 per hour

Working hours are Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
