Are you an experienced administrator with leadership skills looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Leicester are looking to hire a Team Leader to join their administration team.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience in leading a team
- 2 years experience of working in a busy healthcare environment
- Computer literate
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player
- Problem solver
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Leading a team of administrators
- Ensuring smooth running of the reception
- Coordinating administration tasks to support the reception function
- Managing enquiries and appointments
- Organising staff training to ensure compliant
- Carrying out regular audits of team performance
- Attending meetings and training as required
- Completing statistics, targets and reception briefing sheet each month
Salary is £12.25 per hour
Working hours are Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
