We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our logistics function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our distribution centres.

From overseeing outbound shipping activities to maintaining top-notch accuracy and quality standards, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations.

Be the primary point of contact for all outbound shipping activities.
Organize and oversee receipt, replenish and put-away operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
Lead recruitment, development, and management of staff, ensuring adequate training and supervision.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
Manage budgets and lead projects aimed at improving inbound performance.

45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, covering a 2pm till 10pm shift

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will have a great track record of managing a warehouse, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.

At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role within a warehouse environment, preferably in FMCG.
