    The Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organised person to join our team. As a lynchpin across the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team to deliver again the business goals and projects. The role is based in Cardiff/ Swansea with the opportunity to get involved in supporting the team on executing events/in-store activations, supporting our ambassador program, and undertaking market monitoring and supporting reporting both internally and externally alongside a more traditional PA role for the Leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with an FMCG or product background who loves being part of a small team and getting involved in all aspects of the business.

    What you'll be doing

    We have our range of targeted hormone support products listed in over 7k stores across the globe which takes a lot of coordination, planning and great attention to detail – all of which are critical in this role..

    Team Support:


    • Providing administrative support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.


    •Assisting in liaising for events both internally and externally including coordinating equipment, logistics and budgets.

    Executive Support:


    •Acting as the primary point of contact for the leadership team, managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.


    •Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.


    •Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports as required- coordinating both from internal and external sources


    •Supporting the executive team in various projects, including research, data analysis, and documentation.

    Project Coordination:


    •Coordinating cross-functional meetings and following up on action items to ensure timely completion, managing project schedules


    •Tracking project deadlines and milestones, providing regular updates to the team.


    •Managing team comms rollouts, holiday calendars and travel

    Brand Growth


    •Supporting dispatching samples and packs to our brand ambassadors to celebrate new product launches


    •Supporting the team in managing awards and media calendar managing submissions and awards.


    •Managing inbound enquires

    Requirements:


    •Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Co-Ordinator or Office Manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


    •Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


    •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.


    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.


    •Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


    •Clean driving license with a willingness to travel locally ( South Wales)
