Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Provide accurate and uptodate information about our products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for product and service improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay uptodate on company policies and procedures


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will need to be able to handle a high volume of inquiries and work efficiently and effectively to provide timely and accurate responses to our customers.

Your ability to build rapport and establish trust with our customers will be essential in this role.
