    Job Description: Trainee Account Manager

    As a Trainee Account Manager, you will be joining an engaging and knowledgeable team who provide the best possible service to their clients from a variety of backgrounds.

    In the main you'll be supporting senior employees with administrative tasks covering commercial and franchise finance brokerage deals and the creation of business plans.

    Your first 12 months will be a steep learning curve, but you'll have all the support and training you could hope for. This is an amazing opportunity to really advance your learning and become a key player in the company's continued success.

    Ideally, you'll be strong numerically and have an interest in finance, with a view to pursuing a long-term career in this field. You'll also have great interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Furthermore, you'll need to be computer literate and have experience in using MS Office.

    The ability to build and maintain relationships will come naturally to you, which in turn will mean you'll have the respect and confidence from your clients and peers.

    The salary for this role is on at £21,000 to £25,000 DOE. There are also further perks such as a bonus scheme and a progression plan to be an Account Manager. This role is office based in Witney.
