Digital Marketing Manager London


Our client are a beautiful, Japanese heritage luxury brand with rich history, reknowned globally for their high quality Jewellery and prestigious image.

We are actively seeking a Stand Alone Digital Marketing Manager to liaise with their Japanese headquartersand focus on the UK website and its continuous improvement.

REPORTS TO General Manager

LOCATION London

SALARY £35,000 - £38,000


JOB PURPOSE

  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Budget

  • Manage Yearly Budget and Liaise with Finance Website
  • Regular communication with Head Office
  • Updates & Checks
  • Authorisation Ecommerce
  • Oversee Sales, Customer queries (along with Retail)
  • Stock Management (along with Merchandise department)
  • Add new products
  • SEO management
  • Website maintenance and enhancement
  • Report & Analysis Advertising
  • Manage Assets, Photography and Video. Work with media agencies and consultants on the Digital campaigns. Database
  • CRM Management
  • Follow GDPR guidelines Social Network Management
  • Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest Leadership and management
  • Line manager for supporting Digital Marketing and Website
  • Maintain good relationships with third parties
  • Work with all inhouse departments/Managers and external Consultants.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum 3 years 'experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors 'degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommercefocused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of customer flow and web analysis.
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry and/or a luxury retail environment
  • Strong editing and writing skills
  • Budget Management
  • Professionalism, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative, Salesforce, Magento, In Design and social media platforms
  • Google analytics
  • Fluent Japanese and English 5.
