Experienced Goods In inspector Urgently required to work for a specialist manufacturing and engineering organisation based in Aylesbury.

We are looking for an experienced goods in operative with a proven background of Inspection, working with the ERP and quality systems.

You will be part of the Production Team reporting to the Stores Team Leader with the Inspection of any goods coming into the business from suppliers and customers, working with the wider production team and liaising closely with the Procurement team informing them of any supplier NCRs.

Key Skills:

Working in accordance with the Internal Quality Management system.
Carrying out the final inspection and packing of various pieces of equipment and material.
Completing and signing the work tickets and applicable quality assurance plans for the completed tasks as instructed.
Carrying out the inspection and booking in of raw materials and goods using the internal ERP system.
Work under pressure, solve problems and prioritise workloads
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
An active FLT license.
A proven track record of inspection work.
Competency in using various metrology equipment such as vernier callipers, height gauges, micrometres, etc.
A good understanding of Engineering drawings.
