The mission of the PM Academy is to identify early talent and develop them into the clinical project management leaders of the future.
Specifically, the PM Academy is a group of project coordinators within an accelerated career path into project leadership positions:
starting as the right hand support to the Project Lead, through a carefully designed learning environment you will gradually gain full PM Leadership responsibilities.

You have had your first year' experience in roles involving clinical monitoring (e.g. In-House CRA I) or Start-up Associate or Clinical Trials Admin or Project Coordinator
AND
You bring a Life Science University/College Degree, or certification in a related allied health profession (e.g., nursing). This is a must.
AND
You have realized your true passion lies in Project Management and share our commitment to make sure every patient receives the most accurate diagnosis and the most effective treatment, then there is no better moment to join us.
This is a truly global team, so excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and local language is also a must.
