The Role:

Outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales Manager selling PVC-U and metal cable management solutions to contractors by back selling through regional and national wholesalers.

Key markets include industrial, healthcare, education,and domestic.

There is an element of driving new business whilst also increasing revenue through dormant and low spending accounts, as well as managing the larger accounts to continue the organisations growth of market share.

Initial focus will be on maintainingand developing the relationships with existing wholesale partners and further down the line generating leads from contractors.


Requirements:
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager role you must have:

  • Experience selling to wholesalers and/or contractors.
  • Commercial awareness to formulate strategies and business plans.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms.
  • Experience in the electrical industry would be beneficial.
  • Hard working attitude with team player mentality.
  • Full and clean driving license.

  • Basic: £34k £40k

The position of Area Sales Manager covers Halifax across to Hull, north up the east coast to the Scottish border, all NE postcodes and South back down to Halifax.
