- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the organisation's requirements.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Provide user training and support to help maximise adoption and usage of Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce.
- Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data cleansing and de-duplication efforts.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities.
