Property Tech Account Executive, Hybrid role, PE Backed business, Scale up sales role.

Our client is a fast growth disruptor in the commercial property space.

They provide a workflow solution to enable commercial property owners to manage and streamline costs and efficiencies at their properties.

Due to expansion and the launch of their EMEAsales office they are currently looking to hire 2 Account Executives to join their scale up sales team.

The role will be very hands on and take responsibility for driving new client acquisition across UK &I.

Supported by an SDR team and a Marketing Department the role will be a mix of phone, virtual and face to face sales activity.

Hybrid working will seeyou attend a London HQ 2/3 days a week. Deal sizes range from £20K - £500K ARR and so multi stakeholder sales engagement will be a day-to-day activity. With the launch of the new region, career opportunities will be offered as the business grows from salesgenerated.


Ideally you have already had exposure to the commercial property sector either in a services sales role or SaaS and enjoy both new business acquisition as well as managing your customer base to ensure ongoing retention of your customer base.

You are a dynamicindividual who thrives on a challenge and that can deal with the ambiguity of a newly evolving business division.


On offer is an above market rate basic salary up to £60K, generous commission structure with no threshold, benefits, holidays and gym membership are also offered.
