    Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global business within the food industry with an annual turnover of £8Bn+ who are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join and work on their UK social media operations. The business is split into 3 areas and this role is working in a dynamic and high growth area of the company, which operates similarly to an SME business. As this will be the sole Social Media Marketing Exec for the UK operations it would suit someone with good commercial experience and awareness, who is comfortable creating and running with a strategy with guidance from their leadership teams.

    This role will be based in their Hereford or Bristol offices, with Hereford being 4/5 days onsite, or Bristol 3 days onsite per week, and offers a salary of £30k - £40k + 10% bonus and a £3.5k car allowance. There will be a very occasional need to travel to visit clients for content creation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and grow their social media following, keeping it consistent with the brand voice and tone
    • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Create and curate engaging content (including copy, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
    • Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives
    • Provide regular reports and analysis of social media performance to the management team

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in social media management and executing successful campaigns
    • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
    • Good commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to be data driven in reviewing content performance and making informed decisions
    • Confident in presenting ideas to stakeholders of all levels and gaining their trust and buy in
