Page Personnel are working with a Consultancy organisation who are looking to appoint an Account Manager on a permanent basis.

They are ideally looking for someone with excellent understanding of temporary recruitment and stakeholder management, as wellas experience managing a team.

The client is an independent global recruitment organisation who work closely with clients to deliver effective recruitment solutions via a variety of methods.


Description

The key responsibilities of the Account Manager include:

  • Managing the expectations of clients, agencies and temporary workers
  • Advising clients on temporary recruitment solutions
  • Managing a team
  • Booking in weekly / fortnightly calls with clients to update on progress
  • Visiting clients onsite across the UK

Profile

The successful Account Manager should have:

  • An excellent understanding of temporary recruitment regulations
  • Experience managing a team
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • A confident and credible approach when dealing with clients, agencies and contractors
  • Experience looking after multi discipline accounts

Job Offer
- £30,000 - £40,000 salary

  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in Manchester City Centre)
