Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our UK Talent Acquisition team to help to source and identify the best talent for our two London Managed hotels: Kimpton Fitzroy London and InterContinental London Park Lane.

Each hotel brings its own distinctive design and unforgettable service together with extraordinary experiences for guests and employees.


This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for the Full Recruitment Cycle within both properties, proactively sourcing the best talent London has to offer.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, on site HR Teams and Hiring Managers to provide a fast, efficient, and effective in-house Recruitment service to both hotels.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor no two days will be the same, however the main responsibilities will be to:

  • Partner up with our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, developing strong working relationships and gaining trust through an in-depth understanding of the London market for talent
  • Your market knowledge and expertise will be highly valued
  • Weekly onsite visits, meeting with Hiring Managers and the wider HR Teams and being the 'Go to' for all things Talent within each hotel.
  • Utilising and developing external channels to maintain high direct sourcing success, as well as creating a talent map to ensure that we are engaging with future talent for IHG
  • Producing regular management information/reporting key recruitment statistics
  • Developing the Recruitment Strategy for both London properties in collaboration with each HR Team
  • Manage adhoc recruitment projects surrounding specific talent needs for the business

Our Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will:

  • Have at least 2+ years in-house recruitment within the Hospitality or Retail sectors in the London Market (Luxury preferred)
  • Experience in a fastpaced business and the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames
  • The ability to plan and execute various recruitment strategies in line with our London recruitment needs
  • Be creative and have the ability to think innovatively
  • Experience of using multiple sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and be able to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Take ownership and pride in everything you do
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong team player and collaborative approach happy to 'get stuck in' as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as LinkedIn Recruiter.
