Part Time Customer Service Administrator, Temp to Perm, Skelmersdale, £12-£14 PH

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an amazing manufacturing company as a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working alongside 4 others based in the main office. Due to a team member cutting their hours down, they are looking for someone to work part time to cover.

Daily duties will include:

• Answering phone calls and emails from existing customers
• Checking stock products and making follow up calls to advise of any out of stock products
• Inputting orders onto SAP
• Chasing up delivery dates

Working hours (Flexible)

• 8:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday and Friday

You will act as the primary point of contact for all aspect of service and customer care, The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills.
