    This role is in the Data Journey Team of Third Party Administration who lead on the delivery of pensions administration services and projects to our defined benefit and defined contribution clients. It's an exciting time to join our business as we seek to evolve the way we deliver for our clients.

    You'll play a significant role in the delivery of project work related to member tracing, marital status checks, backfile reviews, data cleansing, checking of dashboards and mail merge activities. This would be at both doing and checking level.

    You will also collaborate with other teams who we partner with to deliver work for our clients such as the risk transfer team, payroll and administration teams.

    Ideally, you'll have experience in a checking role and come from a background where there is a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy and consistency.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Running data extracts, data analysis and calculations
    • Ensuring accuracy, consistency and the highest level of quality assurance
    • Checking the work of others in the team for some activities
    • Overseeing the progress of the team's workload ensuring completion to client expectations
    • Producing reports and correspondence
    • Working as part of a team with excellent communication skills
