You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and our 1st line colleagues & will also work with our 3rd line team to escalate issues where necessary.
A huge passion for IT and technology.Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot).
Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.).
Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.).
Windows Desktop Troubleshooting.

The Salary can be up to £35,000 + Benefits package (36 Days Holiday / Xmas Bonus).
