Machine minding Operatives - Shripney, United Kingdom - Personnel Selection

We are recruiting for Candidates who are looking for long term roles within a manufacturing / print environment ( this is NOT a traditional print business)


Please note that this position includes full training, Induction and ongoing support
This company offeres LONG TERM temporary work and the potential for fixed term contracts

Training will be provided on machines such as:

• Print/ Photocopiers
• Laminating machines
• Guillotine machines
• Bar Coding and Scanning machines
• Trimming machines
• Rewinder machines
• Binder machines

When machines are not in operation, all candidates will be expected to join the Pick and Pack operation.

The aim of this position is quality and not speed-full, full attention to detail is required at all times to ensure continuous operation of the 4 step program.

Shifts patterns:
Continental shift pattern- However training period is on regular days-08.30am to 5pm- then moving onto 3 shifts pattern.

• Day shift-6am to 2pm- Mon to Fri
• Afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm- Mon to Fri
• Night shift-10pm to 6am-Sun to thurs

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 SHIFTS

7.67 hours pay per day-38.35 hours per week
Overtime paid after 38.35 hours at Time and a half- Not compulsory
