What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage the rostering system, ensuring staff adherence to shifts and conducting welfare calls as required. Respond promptly to ad hoc requests, liaising with relevant managers and service partners. Address staff and management queries promptly and professionally. Provide guidance on escalated incidents to the Control Centre team. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and escalate issues when necessary. Respond to alarm callouts efficiently by coordinating personnel and arranging site attendance. Take ownership of highpressure situations, occasionally involving communication with emergency services. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving with a reliable and professional demeanour. Compile reports and statistical data accurately for internal and external purposes.
