Description

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is pivotal in the support of the candidate journey & experience.

You'll leverage your expertise to coordinate interviews, build and manage candidate databases, and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your key responsibilities will be;

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate reporting of recruitment data
• Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Ashtead Technology's employer brand.

Some other things that will help you to succeed in this role?

• An HR qualification or have relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator.
• Experience in compiling recruitment data and producing management reports.
