- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate reporting of recruitment data
- Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Ashtead Technology's employer brand.
- An HR qualification or have relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator.
- Experience in compiling recruitment data and producing management reports.
